DIRECT EMAILS LIST

An email introducing your property (and/or open house), with photos, description, listing information, will be sent to industry professional contacts. Depending on your target market, the email campaign may include outlying locations, such as the Bay Area.

SIGNAGE

When your home is listed, your home will be marketed with professional signage in the front yard. In addition, signage is used at open houses to direct potential buyers to your listing for optimal traffic!

OPEN HOUSES AND BROKER OPENS

With the Seller’s permission, one or more open houses for the public will be hosted. In addition, Debbie often hosts “Broker Opens,” where she invites agents to view to property so they can in turn better market the property to their network of clients.

SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION

When you list your property with Debbie, your property photos and descriptions are digitally formatted to produce custom marketing campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn. These social media platforms are also utilized to promote open houses.

LISTING SERVICES

When your property is listed, it gains immediate exposure on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and can be searched nationwide based on search filters.

In addition, as a Keller Williams agent, Debbie has access to list your property on the Keller Williams Listing Service (KWLS). Your listing will syndicate out from the KWLS to hundreds of home search sites, including some of the most popular sites such as Zillow and Trulia.
