Meet Debbie Austin
Born and raised in the area, Debbie holds a deep understanding of the local real estate market and brings a “hometown advantage” to her clients.
With over 25 years of combined experience in business development, sales, and as a realtor, Debbie is recognized for her sales achievements and has a reputation as one of the most trusted and admired agents in the real estate market. She has extensive experience negotiating and drafting complex contracts and has closed over $150,000,000 in real estate transactions. In the largest Keller Williams brokerage in the country, she ranked #9 in production out of 500+ agents.
Distinguished for her insightful and accurate handle of inventory, values and trends of the various micro-markets in Placer and Sacramento County, she is reputed for her off-market intelligence and acumen for pricing.
When working with Debbie, you can count on nothing less than a seasoned professional with an intimate knowledge of the Sacramento area real estate market who is devoted to her clients. She is known for her quick responsiveness and availability to clients – “When you call, no matter the time of day, you get me directly, not a receptionist.” Debbie has a passion for real estate, whether helping a first time Buyer or a seasoned Seller – “I could be showing a $95,000 condominium one morning and listing $2 million home that afternoon.”
Debbie also has a reputation for client privacy and confidentiality: “Privacy and confidentiality are paramount to my success in client satisfaction and high return rate,” states the realtor. She has a very hands-on approach and believes it is a definite advantage to the large team offices: “I work alone so my clients trust that their privacy is protected.”
Debbie is licensed as a Real Estate Agent in California. She is a member of the Placer County Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Master Club member for Top Sales Production.
Raising her own family in Granite Bay, Debbie is intimately familiar with the surrounding Granite Bay neighborhoods and with the best public and private schools available.
Debbie is proud to be a part of Compassion International and World Vision with adoptions in Kenya, Indonesia and Ethiopia. She believes it is also important to give back to her own community and has contributed by holding board positions with the Parent-Teacher Club and volunteering in classrooms, at her church, park cleanups, and with Girl Scouts of America. In addition, she is active with the National Charity League and enjoys assisting with SPCA and Special Olympics programs.
